• Machine wash cold

• Hang to dry

HOW TO USE 

• Remove cover, heat in microwave for 30-second intervals, until it's at your desired temperature. Be sure to remove the pillow every 30 seconds to shake around the contents so they do not burn, as it is important your eye pillow does not overheat.
