1. Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

The Ōm Home is an online shop only. Let’s face it - being around people in busy shops can be a daunting experience in these times! Keeping you safe is always #1, so we’ve put all effort into maintaining our site for a peaceful shopping experience from the comfort of your home or while on-the-go.

2. Where is The Ōm Home based?

We’re proudly located in Bermuda!

3. What is your estimated delivery time? 

Delivery takes place six days a week from Monday to Saturday. Your order will arrive the very next business day to the address provided! (Besides public holidays and Sundays).

If you will not be present, please specify a safe place for our delivery team to leave your package or contact us with an alternative date. 

4. How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat rate of $15 which goes directly to our delivery service Five Star Home Delivery. However we will automatically apply complimentary shipping free of charge if you spend over $200!

5. Do you have a location for pick-up?

Yes! Free pick-up is available in the Washington Mall. Simply select pick-up at checkout, and instructions will be automatically emailed to you.

6. When will my order be ready for pick-up?

Your order will be available within 1-2 business days. Once it's prepared, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for collection. 

7. I have a question. What’s the quickest way to get a response? 

The best way to get in contact is via email at info@the-om-home.com or Instagram direct message @theomhomebda. You will receive a reply within 24 hours. If you have any questions about our products or policies, we highly encourage you to reach out! We’re always happy to help. 

8. What is your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days for store credit only. Once items are received, you will be emailed a virtual gift card in the $ value of the returned item(s). There is no expiration date on our gift cards.

9. Do you have any procedures to minimize COVID-19 transmission?

Besides being online only (which keeps other people’s hands from touching your items before you!) we have other policies in place to keep you safe. Fresh gloves and a face mask are always worn while packaging your goodies. Orders are packaged on a sanitized surface using our very on HOCl disinfectant, then sealed and handed to Five Star Delivery Service so no bare hands will touch the items inside - besides yours!

10. Is your packaging eco-sustainable?

We proudly use eco-friendly packaging for all orders wherever possible. We wrap with branded recycled tissue paper, tie with 100% jute twine, and use 100% cotton drawstring mesh bags - neatly packed in recyclable kraft shopping bags or boxes. Rarely, bubble wrap or packing peanuts will be used to protect delicate items. 

11. Can I have a gift shipped directly to my friend or family?

For sure! At checkout, fill out your name and billing address associated with your card, but in the shipping section, please type the name and address of the person the gift is for. You can even leave a special message that we'll send with the package!

 12. Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, local shipping is offered exclusively.
